The day of Trial has arrived; pleadings have closed, questioning has been completed and settlement discussions have been unsuccessful. As former Court of Queen's Bench Justices, we share with you our perspectives on which real issues to address, and what materials should be filed to address those issues. We plan the most effective way of presenting your case in a persuasive manner, by simplifying your presentation. Less is often more when it is properly directed to the issues.

As part of the process, we provide you with our stance on the strengths and weaknesses of your case, the gaps in evidence, and which aspects would or would not have appealed to us in court. To further enhance the experience, we conduct a mock court setting in which we and counsel are gowned to prep you for your arguments.
